      Fantastic industry with incredible workforce skills

      Senior Leadership is horrific, including CEO and Owner who go out of their way to demean and belittle the employees.

      Well respected company with a well known name

      Cons

      Everything else - management is the worst but lack of growth, measly pay increases, and so so benefits just make it not worth
