Good company - Technician Pentegra Systems Employee Review

My manager cares about me. I am treated like an adult, with a lot of responsibility and freedom on how to accomplish my tasks. While this was stressful when I first started, it has gotten easier as I understand Good benefits, regular socials, we grill quite a bit, and we have lunches to celebrate accomplishments.

Very fast paced. Sometimes I feel like I am behind on things.

None, unless you like micro-management, abuse of your time, and doing paid way less than your worth.

Corporate policy is “Hire for fit, train for skill”… When you fire everyone with skill, you’re left with people right out of school that will leave as soon as they have enough experience on their CV. This company will be lucky to still be in business in 2026.
