Pros
In training period they didn't gave us anywork , our only job was to study .
Cons
I was placed in this company through campus placement. Every month, the company selects 10 students from colleges and puts them through a 6-week training program without any payment. They only provide a weekly syllabus and ask us to “figure it out ourselves.” At the end of each week, they conduct an assessment. However, many of the questions asked in these assessments are out of the provided syllabus. They also ask about functionalities that do not even exist and try to confuse candidates. This makes the evaluation process feel unfair and misleading. Out of the six weekly assessments, I cleared five. Despite this, during the final review, I was told that they could not continue with me because I “roam around and don’t sit on my chair.” This reason felt unprofessional and unrelated to performance. Another intern who also cleared five assessments was given an internship opportunity. Out of 10 interns, only 4 were selected (2 boys and 2 girls). When I asked why I was not selected despite having the same performance, they told me I could work for another month without payment. After that, they said they would offer only ₹10,000 per month because they “don’t have funds.” However, the original offer letter clearly mentioned ₹25,000 per month. If they truly do not have funds, it is unclear why they continue to bring in new batches for unpaid training. Several other interns were also removed with vague reasons such as “behavior is not good” or “communication is not satisfactory,” without proper feedback or clear evaluation criteria. Additionally: The syllabus provided was outdated and not updated. The assigned mentors were often busy and unavailable for proper guidance. Overall, the process lacked transparency, fairness, and professionalism. even after relocating , giving rent for 2 months , still the intership i
