Don't see a future for this company - Game Designer People Can Fly Employee Review

-There are incompetent people in managing levels which leads to awful decision making process. They don't want to (or are not able to) decide on anything and commit to it since they don't want to be responsible of the outcomes which causes 1 step forward and 2 steps backward. -Low salary -The company relies heavily on investors since very little money comes in from their already published games. This already caused a lot of people to get laid off because investors/publishers backed out from agreements on multiple game projects. -Benefits could be better
