I'm coming up on my third year with PDL. I've had a great experience here. One of my favorite things is that we can all be ourselves and there is no judgement or overly corporate attitude while still being professional and productive. In my opinion this comes from a highly competent leadership team that truly leads from the front, by example and encourages us all to embrace our quirks. I also appreciate their willingness to move quickly, adapt, and try new things.

I haven't come across anything specific worth mentioning here. Every organization has challenges but the pros I listed above help us navigate these with as few migraines as possible.

PDL has a very agile approach and can pivot quickly to embrace change. Leadership promotes a culture of trust and empowerment of their employees to take ownership of their work. During my 3 years here the revenue org has morphed into a very focused and driven team. Growth has been carefully planned and not haphazard, resulting in very strategic hires. Collaboration, feedback and gratitude are priorities during company wide meetings and in internal channels, adding to the very positive vibe.

Path to promotion is not paved, you will need to work with your manager to identify how to continue to grow and develop new skills.
