Pros are near to nothing. It's a big company in HR sector and has diversity of talents which they spoil and undermine and disrespect.

Sethiya culture. No respect for employees. No perks and benefits like yearly or eid bonuses, provident or gratuity fund, leave encashment, traveling allowance etc. Poor health insurance , of no use, without OPD and very low/insufficient In-pateint and maternity budget. Most of the company's policies are non-compliant while they provide HR consultancy and compliance services to customers. High turnover and termination rate. Very poor rentation rate.
