Pros

Fun events, beautiful building, some fun networking opportunities for folks just starting out

Cons

Drama. Constantly. You will not know if your job is secure, and even if your supervisor is happy with you. The CEO constantly has managers in a state of turmoil. Just not worth the drama. You would expect a non profit to be more chill, but it is the opposite.

We do our best to be as inclusive and open with our team as possible so everyone feels “in the loop”. Our CEO and management team have an open-door policy where team members can freely express concerns, new ideas, and ask questions. When our team is inspired and supported with the right tools, we all succeed. With a small but mighty team, we work closely together and are friends inside and outside of the office. From staff happy hours, accessory swap parties, team lunches, coffee breaks, and group activities, we constantly team build and learn about one another so we can support small business together. We are also excited about the engaged team we have, including our younger team members. We aren’t perfect, but we want to provide all employees with the tools they need to learn and grow. We have many opportunities for staff members who want to learn new skills, roll up their sleeves, and expand their role.
