Great people, neat product, fun conferences

Had a change in leadership and they felt they needed to change things up and laid off almost everyone.

There is a lot of freedom and flexibility involved. The higher ups trust you to get on with work and do it well. There is lots of scope for advancement and promotion.

None that I can think of
