Pros
The only pro that I'd highlight is that the company allegedly mentions in the contract that the 'weekends' are off.
Cons
- Unstructured management (extreme) - Hire and fire policy, if you want to leave, you're most welcome to, no one will stop you. - One of the 'co-founders', who would be your immediate reporting boss, has no idea on how to deliver instructions. (the person has literally no idea on how to give clear instructions which leads to extreme confusions and results in delays.) - Company mostly relies on freshers as interns and expects them to do most of the business development work almost for free. (the plus side would be that the freshers can learn a lot, but without a proper rewarding system, the whole ordeal becomes extremely one sided and boring, and they eventually end up discontinuing. - Immediate bosses have severe ego issues and aren't ready to listen to good advice. - No work-balance - salary is below par. - employees are overburdened - Morning and evening meetings are like roast-rooms where individual employees are called out and insulted on a regular basis in front of the entire team. (this is perhaps the biggest negative of the company which has resulted in high attrition rates, and has finally resulted in the dissatisfaction of most of the employees).
