Sadly there are no good reasons to continue working here. The current motto, as employees are demoralized more and more, is "at least you still have a job".
Cons
The new, arrogant and greedy CEO. New after-the-fact merit system instituted after employees have worked hard all year. Upper level continue to receive bonuses while hard working employees get the scraps of what is left. Nepotism - family members supervising family members. Managers and Directors getting paid huge salaries but do not have any staff under them to direct or manage. Absolutely no consideration for employees who bust their butts. Unattainable goals and very little opportunity for growth - thereby no chance for a raise or higher position. No true Open Door Policy
