Poor management and communication with needless meetings constantly that never came down to any real solutions except unrealistic expectations and putting in 12 hour days constantly. The overturn here is constant. Lazy, creepy managers who do not lead by example at all. If you are a female expect to make a dollar or more less than your fellow male employees who haven't been there as long. There is no room for growth. This place was completely soul sucking and the entire team is a complete downer to be around.
