Pros
Safe location with 2 security checkpoints, some freedom (able to go home during lunch)
Cons
Salary, biased staff/bullying - refusing to speak in a common language and deliberately changing to tribal language to stop others joining in at the dinig table and speaking past others to have said conversations, Headmaster even threatened me when I asked to leave my contract early due to health reasons (I did not leave early) etc. Forced to pay for accommodation onsite and standard bills regardless of household (son single people pay the same electricity and water as a house of 6 people), long days
