Pros
I love working for Pepper - great leadership, company ethos and atmosphere. The company looks after its staff and in return, the staff would walk on hot coals for the business. If I could afford to give up my full time job to work FT for Pepper, I would in a heartbeat.
Cons
Honestly none, I give up spare time and get paid fairly for it.
