A lot of work from home so can sometimes be difficult to build relationships with other departments in the business.

There are no pros at all.

Manager is very rude, even the other employees. No proper KT is given, but they expect you to work like a dog. They want you to work like robots. No time is given to learn. QA team is the worst, they taunt you and yell at you for every small things. No work life balance, there will be no life at all here. Please don't join this company and spoil your life.
