Pros
- Easy going good bunch of people - Informal dress code - Saturday and Sunday week offs
Cons
- Unprofessional HRs. They claim to have fancy business degrees, but they can barely converse with you in English and cannot even answer basic questions. - In their Job descriptions and also when you speak to the HR, they do not disclose everything that would be a part of your job profile. When they hire you, you would think that this is THE job for me. But when you start working, You will be surprised by what you are expected to do. - They've recently stopped flexible work timings, and yet they claim to follow to startup culture - No work life balance. You're expected to walk in to work at 10 AM and not leave work before 9 Pm - Limited to almost no public holidays at all. - You're not eligible to take more than 2 leaves in a month. - When they hire you, the HR will give you a big fancy number as your pay package. Later you will realize that 20% of that amount will be kept aside as your performance bonus, which really is more of a Employee retention tactic. No matter how well you perform and how high you are rated by your manager, you will receive only a small fraction of that amount. Secondly, if you're a new joinee, and you in the middle of a quarter, you will receive this pay out only after a period of 6 months
