- One of the co founders is an out and out bully, makes people cry and has no shame in humiliating one person in front of everyone. Peppy have yet to address this issue and dent it. I welcome a response to this as I’m sick of reading a poor response of “this should have been bought to our attention”…. It has and nothing was done about it. - Let go over 20 people, yet weeks later all the roles are being readvertised. Seriously? Isn’t the whole point of reducing headcount to reduce headcount? I can only assume they are clawing back shares they offered employees to give to a potential investor instead. Goes to show the confounders will go to any lengths for their own gain and will screw over anyone and everything to get their own way and have their five minutes of fame speaking with an investor - the LinkedIn accolades and “top employer to work for” is a pathetic cover up of covering the cracks at peppy, don’t fall for it. These “awards” are purely awarded on data, not how people feel in their roles. - have no hr structure in place, how they let 10% of the work force and the manner was a disgrace. No empathy, done on a zoom call and getting underpaid in the last pay check too was disgusting.
