      Pros

      Being a small part of PepsiCo. Strong benefits.

      Cons

      Literally everyone hates their job and 75% of people are actively trying to get other jobs in the organization. Layoffs have become a yearly tradition while upper management are the only people who are promoted. The office is dead silent all day and no one talks to each other but you MUST come to the office or leadership will fire you.

      Pros

      There are 3 true outcomes when working at PLCI 1. You finally get offered a new role in a different department. 2. You work there long enough that you hate everything about your job. 3. They lay you off to save on head count.

      Cons

      I am just happy I got out before they made me work Memorial Day.
