      Really care about their employees (GREAT PTO, recognizes DEIB&C, opportunities to learn across the org) Mission is real and can be seen especially in learner-facing situations/roles

      Cons

      Need to think more about the direction of the company (eg sales vs funding). Should consider promotions sooner

      The Houston Team is amazing! Felt really supported and inspired by great local management.

      Cons

      There are metrics that you must meet to keep your job as any position. So, you have to make sure you don't lose sight of Certification rates they could become more challenging but they can be achieved.
