Pros
The work is interesting, the people are great, and HR is incredibly helpful. Also their Covid response has been spot on. However, not sure how any of this will change with the company continuing to grow so fast.
Cons
Benefits are lacking. There's only one company available for health insurance and they're very expensive. They follow the new industry standard of no sick leave, only PTO. Management has to restructure a lot to deal with such rapid growth
