Pros
Good benefits, people, and work. Recently improved IT systems. Nice place to work from. The cafeteria is great, and the building is nice enough.
Cons
Pay is often a little low, it’s slow to increase in pay, sometimes you have no work and sometimes you’re absolutely swamped without much assistance. Depends on your contract entirely though.
