      My experience People you work with are great. Flexible work arrangement telecommute.

      Cons

      Poor execution on projects. Methodology used in RIF selection is questionable. Is driven to remove long term knowledgeable employees and turn around and rehire. Poor placemat opportunity in RiF, it is a facade. I witnessed it for 2 treats and not one person was hired or selected for continued employment.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
