      Innovative company with laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Company has group (clique) in the Automotive division run by incompetent managers. If you're not in the clique then very little chance for promotion. I quit and wasn't fired. You were forwarned.

      It was a really nice community, I felt really comfortable with my coworkers and would definitely recommend.

      Cons

      There is some transitionary stuff due to acquisition but nothing that really impacted development.
