      Pros

      Standard amount of vacation days Work from home occasionally due to inclement weather Casual dress on Fridays

      Cons

      The work day started later but would also end later than the average day which took away from general quality of life. No lunch break was provided during the day. Had to use cell phone for conference calls with clients. Computer provided was at least 10 years old and I had to utilize my personal computer very often. Opportunities for growth were promised but it was obvious once starting that it was not likely. Lots of stress due to mis-communications with management and large workload.

We focus heavily in Life Sciences, Digital Infrastructure, Construction, Healthcare and Travel. We work with top 3 big pharma, partners with leaders building the internet and represent countries, states and destinations around the world. Experts in crisis management, SEO, PR, PPC, Social and AI Search, they integrate strategies for an integrated ecosystem to support complex sales teams.

      Cons

      Most of Percepture’s PR team is former Weber Shandwick and the digital team avg experience of 15 years doing SEO, PPC and Social for complex sales, b2b and travel. Instead of being restricted to hiring talent in one geography, Percepture’s team is in NY, Tampa, London, New Zealand I don’t get to see the team in person as much as I would like.
