Pros
Flexible work arrangements, with working from home a viable option for most. People are passionate about providing a good product to clients that improves the working conditions and happiness of client employees.
Cons
Perceptyx used to be a great place to work before the TCV aquisition. Now they've cut back benefits, and it's all about the bottom line. I don't feel empowered to do my job, because it's micromanagement at every level and zero trust in employees. Three of my coworkers have talked to me about quitting, but no one wants to risk leaving in this economy. Used to recommend people to work here, now I feel guilty that I did.
