Pros

Simply put, working at Peregrine is incredible and is by far the best job I've ever had. Everything from the company, the culture, the people, the technology, the impact you get to make, the earning potential, the leadership, it's all fantastic. We are building something truly special here at Peregrine. Technology that is very transformational and creates such a positive real world impact. The software almost sells itself. Nearly every demo you have leaves them speechless. And if you are mission oriented, you will be blown away by how much of an impact we make in making our communities safer. And we've only just scratched the surface of what we plan to do over the next 5, 10, 20+ years. Quota is absolutely attainable and our top reps are crushing it. The comp plan is very generous, so if you do well you will make a lot of money. The culture here is also amazing. Not only are you surrounded by some of the smartest mission driven folks, we are such an integrated company. Every team works so closely and collaborates with each other to not only fuel the business, but always with the relentless pursuit of putting our customers first and doing anything/everything we can to support them. You will never feel like you are on an island or doing anything alone. You will constantly be supported. Especially during the onboarding phase. You are going to have so many people lending out their hands to help you, we'll fly you around the country to shadow meetings, giving you all the training and resources you need to be successful. But it's also just fun. We host so many events and dinners and parties both internally and with our prospects, it doesn't even really feel like work much of the time. But more importantly, our customers love us. We have had 0 churn and we are consistently told that we are the best partner/vendor that these customers have ever worked with. For far too long, public safety agencies and government institutions have been over promised and under delivered. They deserve world class care from a vendor that deeply believes in supporting their missions and that's exactly what we do. Leadership is incredibly accessible and actually very transparent. They don't keep their cards close to their chest, they disseminate anything you want to know about the business very regularly. And you can always get time with anyone you need. The interview process is very efficient, we move quickly, and our recruiters are the absolute best! And we are growing FAST. Come work with us and join what's still the ground floor of the best place you will ever work.

Cons

There really aren't any cons to working here. Just be prepared to work hard. There is also quite a lot of travel required. Not a con, but you will be on the road a lot.

Pros

Interesting product and scaling technical problems to work on with smart, motivated, hardworking teammates. There's little red tape and rarely unnecessary meetings. Ownership is encouraged and expected. Founders & leadership are mature and focused. Business outlook has always been great but is especially so now. I can see the direct impact of our work on the communities I live in; that's special and not something you can replicate in many organizations.

Cons

There are growing pains with engineering team organization and management. Nothing we aren't working on but it's uncomfortable in the meantime.

Pros

The sales leadership team here is genuinely different. There is real investment in your development as a seller, not just your quota number. Managers actually know your deals, coach you through them, and hold you accountable in a way that makes you better. The mission matters, the market is real, and you can feel the momentum. Compensation is competitive, the methodology is rigorous, and there is a clear path to grow into leadership if you put in the work. High performers are recognized and rewarded. You are surrounded by people who take the craft of selling seriously.

Cons

This is a high-growth environment, which means things move fast and processes are still maturing. If you need a fully defined playbook on day one, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, especially in newer segments. The sales cycles are long and complex, so if you need quick wins to stay motivated, you have to be intentional about celebrating progress milestones along the way.
