Pros

One advantage is that salary is credited monthly to the account. if you have political knowledge please join the company

Cons

Retention policies are harsh; if terminated or leaving before a year, they deduct retention amounts from the last two months' salary, making it feel like no money is received. Micromanagement is prevalent; CTO lacks proper knowledge. Managers and Team Leads are ineffective. They may promote inexperienced hires to critical roles and overload them with responsibilities. Lack of development projects; tasks mainly involve configuration and support, not coding. No comprehensive training facilities; only Udemy courses provided, which are insufficient for learning or practical work. Onboarding on client projects occurs swiftly without adequate knowledge transfer or project training. HR responsiveness is poor; messages are often ignored without replies. Difficulty in getting paid leaves approved, even if entitled. Salary hikes are inadequate.

Pros

Provides Work From Home to some folks.

Cons

Poor Work Culture Micro-managent ( asks employees to fill excel sheets on what they did for the day hour by hour - this is practised daily) Only 16 Planned Leaves and 5 EL (resources working on Philippines project will have 5 less PL so 12 PLs for them as they have client holidays.) Scams employees for leave encashment and Overtime payments. HR is non-responsive. Head HR makes false promises at time of joining. Only one big project. Too much managers. Still doing things via Excel sheets and Google sheets - every resources working on a project fill 3 excel sheets daily.
