It is a good product

Like many others have stated here - you will be overworked, underpaid and under-appreciated. The workload being asked of each employee is completely unrealistic. And you will be reprimanded when you can’t complete everything. Even though everyone in the company is struggling with the workload and it has been brought up numerous times - nothing changes and it continues to be the fault of the employee for not being able to “keep up”. And god forbid you make a mistake because you are trying to keep up with the workload. Any mistakes you make will be taken out of your commission. Another mentioned the “mean girl club” in corporate - it’s horrible. And it seems to get worse each year. It’s baffling that all of the reviews mention the same problem and yet the response is still “we’ve never heard this before,” And “that’s not what we’ve experienced”. It’s all right here in writing. In several different posts and yet you still claim to have no idea and have never heard it before. In summary, the main problems are: bullying by management, capped pay and in some cases lowered pay by territories being cut down when you’ve grown too much, and workload.

Pros

P and S has a wonderful team and each division and segment has truly become more integrated and aligned since I began. The product is king and the client experience is paramount here. The organization has come a long way to building structure and systems to better support the end user results. What I loved most is that I could ask for anything and it would at least be considered. The answer was never a hard no but rather how can we make this happen? I was supported by a wonderful management and leadership team and my peers were always very supportive.
