      Pros

      Decent Salary, Good Health Benefits and Extra Perks like Grubhub free deliveries, wifi/phone bill coverage, SOME of the People

      Cons

      No work-life balance, No sick time, Little vacation time, Poor management skills, expected to work all hours of every day including weekends, No maternity leave, Micro management from the CEO, lots of drama and internal politics, it's not actually remote, constant work structure changes, I could go on and on. This place needs a change starting from the top and it's not happening any time soon...

      Pros

      Work from home and decent work life balance, but only if you're always on top of your work.

      Cons

      -They do not approve of you working remotely from another state or country that is not where your home is located in, They want you to only work from home. -Their HQ team in Taiwan has a superiority attitude towards the other teams in the US and Europe.
