1. Great Healthcare Benefits and Flex Work Location 2. Famous Clients (you will cater directly to the big brand names in the beauty and beauty retail world) 3. Popular brand name "YouCam Apps" 4. Permanent employees get ESOPs but not too valuable at the end of the day
Cons
1. Non-Sales professionals don't get any growth/travel/challenging opportunities 2. All teams are led by Sales professionals (the org structure is the most bizarre you will see in your career) 3. Company is global but Asian work culture is enforced throughout since HQ is in Taiwan 4. Leadership is grossly incompetent (they don't know that people want leaders not bosses) 5. Extreme lack of high-caliber talent because they don't want to pay their people
