Day one - Front Office Coordinator Perfect Teeth Employee Review

Very low pay start for the amount of work expected. Found out on day one that they have had people there for more than 8 years with no raises or offers of promotions. Training classes were required but not given for a minimum of a month out. How am I supposed to work with software that requires training but isnt given? Needless to say I didnt stay on.
