Lack of focus. The executive leadership keeps everything within multiple silos in the organization. It feels like every action within the company is a secret. This takes place from HR to product development. There is no focus with products or services with the company. There is no system of management that a technology company should possess. Management is extremely poor. Employees are not mentored nor are they properly evaluated or given predictable bonuses or raises. There is no plan and there is no communication as to how an employee can be successful. If the company has a high profit year there is nothing connecting the success of the company to its workforce. There is no atmosphere of trust in the company. In fact, it’s just the opposite. Every employee is underpaid and undervalued. The mentality of the executive team is to heavily negotiate each salary while the CEO flaunts his wealth to every employee. There is very little job satisfaction because the executive’s manipulation and false promises. Lack of direction. Employees are given very little direction with no goals. Then when something goes wrong, the executive leadership gets extremely angry and ignores employees as if the office is a middle school playground. Upper management is untrustworthy and will lie to employees and clients which frequently puts the employee supporting the client in a challenging position.
