The AE's I worked alongside were all great. The product is decent but extremely simplified compared to competitors.

The leadership is where the real problem is. It's the most micro-managed sales culture I've ever been a part of. Forced stand-ups every single day where 95% of the meeting doesn't pertain to you (hint: it's to make sure you're online because they don't trust you). Even though it's remote, it feels like you can't even take a bathroom break without someone pinging you "why are you offline?"
