It's really impactful work. The coaching programs are fantastic which you will experience if you are in a client facing role. You will have a lot of autonomy to deliver your work and the company allows everyone to have a voice and share their ideas on new strategies/ways of working. Managers do apply a coaching style and provide a lot of support. There is a feeling of care in the business.
Cons
The company is quite disorganised, it can take a long time and a lot of people involved to make a decision. Outside of the coach training programs there aren't training and development opportunities. They aren't bonuses offered individually or company wide.
Our company's sole purpose is to develop cultures in large organisations and so this company does exactly that for itself. It is constantly looking at how things can be done better, checking in with the staff and finding out what people's strengths are and what they enjoy to ensure they can bring their best to work. I don't think I could go back to another corporate company after experiencing this type of culture.
Cons
Since COVID it has been fully virtual working which means you don't have the same social connection with work colleagues. Something that they are looking at changing but hopefully soon.
