      Wonderful benefits, family atmosphere, great perks, happy employees, room for growth. Hands on leaders.

      Cons

      Formalize training with more hands on training instead of online. More consistent 1 on 1's with staff from Managers, and formalize review process even if employees are offsite. All employees need to know what they do well and what they can work on.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
