Pros
Excellent and creative work environment for the motivated individual and team player. You are able to work on what you want to an extent and communicate with management in a shared leadership, agile/scrum style. They are open-minded toward new technology and use it to every advantage they can within reason. The employees there were dedicated. Great place to work if you enjoy the data-driven cloud-based web-app platform and want to use it to make a difference in making the livestock industry more efficient.
