      Pros

      I worked with Performics India for around 2 years and it was an excellent learning experience. Got exposure working on multiple digital platforms and got an opportunity to manage high budget client portfolios. The opportunity to work with like-minded people having a great passion for digital. The annual appraisal is descent average being 20% to 30% depending on the job role.

      Cons

      Long working hours and poor work-life balance.

      The people, the clients and the work were amazing during my decade-long tenure

      Cons

      They underwent a consolidation a few years back. Not sure what their growth is looking like these days, but I still know a few colleagues who are still working there and loving it.
