Pros
In no particular order: • Fantastic product line. • Casual / business casual dress code, relaxed atmosphere. • Catered meals and snacks throughout the day to keep you energised. • Great company culture, employee outings / celebrations to make you feel like you're a part of a family instead of office minions. Work hard, play hard. • Great, well versed individuals as colleagues. • Management team not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Hands-on approach • Management team highly visible in the office - open communication all the time and not hiding behind closed doors. • There are lots of different roles offered within the company and is definitely a good option for many that want to grow within TSS.
Cons
1. Too many (unhealthy) snacks makes us rounder. 2. Catering needs help. So many conversations in the break room about how inedible the food is on some days (pro tip: barbecue sauce does wonders). At no fault to TSS but worth to mention: • Slightly older office building, one elevator is sometimes out of commission.
