Pros
You get a decent pay for starting, All Leads/ Cre Chief are nice and willing to teach you, People around your level are nice to work with. There is room for growth in the career ladder.
Cons
Senior Management on the floor gives everyone stress as there is tons of pressure, they are expecting the experience of a chef when you were hired for a waiter if you know what I mean. Not worth the stress in your life. The fleet you work on is kinda random so you could be stuck in M1 also.
