We have established regular growth and performance reviews between employees and managers, where goals are collaboratively set and reviewed. If you feel that your career progression is not aligning with your expectations, we encourage you to discuss this with your manager. As you’ll know, we have quarterly growth conversations which are specifically to discuss your career, development areas, and progress - you can also talk to your manager about the competency framework we have in Builders, and use this to identify the next career step for you/
