Our dedicated People Partner team take all reported cases of discrimination seriously to investigate cause and take actions. Through them, as well as across our managers and individual contributors, we're intentionally committed to fostering a culture with a sense of belonging across our diverse employee base, so that our people can thrive both professionally and personally. As part of our commitment, we focus on being mission-first to maintain the psychological safety and sense of belonging across our team. To go further, we hold round tables with the leadership for open space to share, and actively promote our inclusive values through activities, Belonging groups, our employee-led Employee Advisory Board, as well as internal communications.
