5yWe are truly sorry that you feel that way about our company. We have worked very hard to make the organization a great place to work. For the most part, we have achieved that goal, as shown by our five year streak on the Best Companies in Arkansas list. Does work sometimes takeover? Sure. There are times that we have all found ourselves heads down working more hours than we would like. These are very personal decisions each of us need to make about work life balance.
