Pros
Bonus, Fee meals, nice facilities. Most Division got their own company car. Easy claim process. Very fast to get approval for the business proposal due to the lean SOP. Not haywire procedures like Proton
Cons
Lunch time only half an hour. Not allowed to eat outside during lunch hour. 8am start working however need to arrived 7.30 am because there will be morning exercise. Too many standing meeting in one day even though we are not in the factory. Kind of old school style medical benefits. They are using book for clinic. No apps like other 3rd party insurance company. Hospitalization coverage very small amount. RM 6.5k per person per year
