Pros
The pay. Maybe. But it is negated by the fact that you do not get your travel reimbursements back from them. Also, since there is no way to ascertain your exact salary calculations they are liable to cheat you.
Cons
Plenty. Few are mentioned below : 1. No transparency on salary calculation. I am still awaiting the salary for my first 10 days of working. Would have never known that I didn't receive it if I hadn't pushed them to share my 2nd month salary slip. 2. No travel reimbursements. One is expected to book all flight and hotel arrangements for themselves and expect no update on the receipts submitted. The last update I have is of July 2019 when they still hadn't paid their employees any reimbursements since Feb 2019. 3. No policy on anything : If there are any policies they are never followed. 4. Non existent HRs : I was in a leadership role and yet couldn't get anything done from the HR team. They are not only ignorant and incompetent but are proud to be that way. 5. It's not an organization : I am still following up for my FnF settlement with bunch of mails written which are consistently not responded by them. Have kept the CEO in loop as well. It's a small amount considering I was there for close to 2 months only and was one evening suddenly relieved from serving my notice period so that they don't have to pay the full month salary. Still would have liked to get my reimbursements and the salary I earned while working for them. It's been close to 2 month since I was relieved.
