Schedules are flexible, so we can work from home or come into the office whenever we want. A lot of people prefer to come into the office because the culture is great and the environment is productive and fun.

Company growth has been a little slow lately and there have been a few bad employees that caused extra work for some of us, but that issue has been resolved.

Pay is on the lower end of the market, but definitely not a deterrent.
