Good Company, Lots of talented people - Software Engineer Perrill Employee Review

Perrill has incredibly smart and talented people who are committed to doing great work. The management team listens and cares about the employees. Schedules are flexible, so we can work from home or come into the office whenever we want. A lot of people prefer to come into the office because the culture is great and the environment is productive and fun.

Company growth has been a little slow lately and there have been a few bad employees that caused extra work for some of us, but that issue has been resolved.

Amazing co workers and the company direction is solid. I appreciate the hands on support and collaboration across all marketing channels.

Pay is on the lower end of the market, but definitely not a deterrent.
