      Pros

      Good departmental team and autonomy and trust to get things done.

      Cons

      Biggest task is defending against other departments. Sometimes over worked but it comes with the learning it quick or go elsewhere mentality. Pay does not seems as good as it should due to this.

      Working for Persimmon has been great. Flexible to your schedule, self-driven and clinical support is always helpful.
