Long time employee and never got a raise. You will not get a raise unless you can get them to change your title - as they do with the upper management. You will be told your voice is important - it is not. keep your mouth shut or you will suffer consequences. No one speaks the truth so the CEO actually believes people are happy. They don't even do for their employees what they claim to do for other companies. Very few employees are actually engaged in their work. No one cares able the company. Company is focused on sales at all costs and does not provide clinical training for the staff who provide what's being sold.
