Pros

Other than the occasional birthday celebrations, there's ntg much

Cons

You have micromanaging seniors, not even managers to begin with them you also have a very toxic work culture where if you don't ot you are not working hard enough and you don't love the company.

Pros

Pros? To be frank can’t think of one.

Cons

*The absurdly high turnover rate already says everything that needs to be said. * Mentors are unbelievably impatient and offer little real support. * Staff constantly try to assert superiority, especially those in senior roles or those who have barely been here for two to three years. * The culture is toxic working overtime every single day is treated as the norm, and leaving on time most will give you judgmental looks. * If senior staff genuinely believe they’re doing such an extraordinary job, why are they leaning on artificial intelligence to do their work for them and clean up all their grammar mistakes? How Embarrassing.

Pros

Junior level colleagues were very friendly, lots of Malaysians and they treated you like own people.

Cons

Seniors were extremely rude, unfriendly with barely any effort to actually teach. The mentor I was assigned went through a process super quickly, and stopped halfway bc she was called away Even though I was taking notes and trying to catch up, she said my pace was too slow despite the "training" being super incomplete. I worked here before and I'm not surprised why this position is still not filled till now. Oh and they're stingy with pay, offered the lowest rate saying that my expected salary was out of their budget (be warned the workload is MUCH more than what they're willing to pay)
