During my three years as an Office Manager, I developed valuable leadership and organizational skills that I still use today. What stood out to me most was the trust management placed in me. I was given real ownership over projects, not just day-to-day tasks. That trust pushed me to step outside my comfort zone, take on new challenges, and grow well beyond the scope of my original role. It was the kind of professional development that happens naturally when you are both supported and challenged in the right ways.

When you are not allowed to raise your voice against any injustice at the workplace, you don't feel happy or positive.

Being an employee here is the worst thing you can do to yourself. The leadership is horrible. They treat employees badly and are unnecessarily rude and aggressive. You don't feel like you are respected here for even a minute. Don't even think about reaching out to HR, as their HR policies are terrible. They are tailored to protect the powerful people and abuse the weak. It's ridiculous. How can someone skip any accountability and justify it? The workloads were unpredictable, too. Anyone could assign any work to you at any moment. You couldn't refuse, or they would take it badly and become more aggressive. It was insane.
