- Commercial estimates are imposed and are poorly done. - Projects are delivered with a time delay and therefore dates are imposed so as not to fail to deliver, which is why the development or design team is required to work unpaid overtime to meet objectives. - As a PM, they give you projects with time problems that you have to solve alone. They remove development people from your project to save another project. - The reality of the status of the project is not communicated to the client in order to hide internal problems. - Correct project planning is not carried out because there is a lack of equipment. - Interns are hired and there are no leaders who can train or teach them and they are assigned alone to projects that need people with experience.
